Shipping Statement

To comply with state laws, Lauren Ashton Cellars only ships wine to states where it is legal and where Lauren Ashton Cellars is licensed to sell wine. The wine will be shipped via UPS and you will receive it within one to seven days after placing the order.

Age Verification will be done on delivery. You will need to be over 21 years old to accept delivery of wine.

Extreme weather conditions can damage your wine in transit. To protect your wine we may delay shipment until conditions are acceptable for transport.

If delaying shipment is deemed necessary by our warehouse manager, you will be notified by email and given an estimated date your order will ship.

We will store your wine in a climate controlled environment until conditions are acceptable. If you have any questions about this policy please contact us.
