Winemaker Dinner with Della Terra

Join us for an unforgettable five course chef’s table dinner, hosted by Della Terra and Lauren Ashton Cellars.

We say goodbye to winter and hello to spring, with this celebration of the local harvest. The finest local & seasonal ingredients will be featured to create a lovely five course tasting menu, created by Chef Cody Castiglia of Della Terra. The five course meal will be paired with carefully curated Lauren Ashton Cellars wines, served by Winemaker Kit Singh.

Spring Greens, Varieties of Radishes, Buttermilk Green Goddess Dressing

Course 2:
Handmade Ricotta Gnocchi, Spring Vegetables, Arugula Pesto
