Youthful fruit intentionally preserved by low temperature fermentation in stainless steel, our luscious Riesling balances floral notes with savors of pear, peaches, and cinnamon against high acidity. The wines intensity with a lovely rounded edge and refreshing finish.

The Riesling fruit was harvested early in the morning and immediately whole cluster pressed. The juice was then clarified before fermentation in stainless steel. For good balance, the fermentation was stopped early, leaving a residual sugar content of 0.4%. The fermentation was done at cool tempera-tures to preserve the fruit and aromas.
This wine is ready to be served now.
